Terms of Service
Last updated: July 13, 2026 · cultureclub.app
The service
Culture Club provides team-engagement software: Question of the Day (via Slack) and Skills Inventory (web). Access is provisioned per workspace by a workspace administrator; your use is also governed by your organization's own policies.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other workspaces' data, probe or disrupt the infrastructure, send spam through it, or use it for anything unlawful. Workspace admins are responsible for inviting only people who should have access. The service is for workplace use by adults. It isn't directed at, and may not be used by, anyone under 16.
Your content
Answers and survey responses belong to you and your workspace. You grant us the rights needed to store, process, and display them within your workspace — that's it. See the
Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Availability & changes
The service is provided "as is," without warranties. We work hard to keep it fast and available, but downtime and changes to features can happen. We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll notify workspace administrators by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance; if you don't agree, your admin can stop using the service and request deletion of workspace data.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Culture Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your organization paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose — or $100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
Termination
Workspace admins may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend access for abuse. On request, workspace data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Luis Obispo County, California, and both sides consent to that venue.
